Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Within the United States

Porrada USA currently ships exclusively within the U.S.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Delays

While we ship quickly, occasional carrier delays or high-volume periods may extend delivery times.

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, transit timing is no longer under our control, but we will always assist you if an issue arises.

 

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags and/or original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Hygiene products

  • Opened or used consumables

  • Items marked as final sale
